Grovide ("we", "us") builds custom software tools and help centers for teams. You can reach us at hello@grovide.com.

Every project starts with a written scope that we agree with you before any work begins. The scope sets out what will be built, the price, the timeline and the payment schedule.

All prices are in US dollars and are one-time unless your scope says otherwise. Foundation projects start at $899. Operations Stack and Accelerator Cohort projects are quoted to scope. The deposit and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before any work starts.

Delivery takes a minimum of one month and may take longer depending on scope, the number of integrations and how quickly feedback is returned. The timeline is confirmed in writing when we scope your project.

Two rounds of revisions are included in every build. Additional changes are quoted separately.

When the project has been paid for in full, you own the source code and the deliverables we built for you. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences. We keep ownership of our general know-how and of any reusable tooling that is not specific to your project.

You confirm that you have the right to share any content, data or access you give us, and you remain responsible for how you use what we build.

Support after handover is limited to what your written scope states, for example 30 days of asynchronous support on Operations Stack projects.

If a project is cancelled, what happens to the deposit and to work already completed is set out in your written scope.

We build with care, but unless your scope says otherwise the work is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you accept your scope applies to that project. The governing law and place of any dispute are stated in your written scope.

When you book a call or email us, we collect your name, work email, company or team, and what you tell us you need. Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which processes the details you enter to schedule the call. Our website host may also collect basic, aggregated usage information such as pages visited and device type.

We use your information to reply to you, schedule and run the scope call, prepare a quote, deliver your project and keep our business records. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Grovide, such as our scheduling, email and website hosting providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up on a project. Project records are kept for as long as needed to deliver and support the project and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@grovide.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
